The knowledge workshops want to develop and enhance your training or coaching delivery in the areas of Performance Nutrition led by GB Nutritionist Louise Bloor. Periodisation and Load to Training led by Physiologist Dr Nic Rowley and Athlete Lifestyle – how to balance work, family and athlete commitments, led by Olympic medalist Kelly Massey. You will be separated into 3 groups depending on your age/level/ability. Each session will be an hour of seminar and workshop style delivery and will be interactive. There will be healthy homemade snacks provided and cold drinks.
